The Grief Recovery Method® is a program designed to provide correct action choices that help people move beyond the pain caused by loss. It’s creates a safe environment to deal with loss and how loss has affected you in life. It guides you to take new actions which lead to completion of the pain attached to one of those losses, leaving you with the happier memories and forming a new relationship with the one you’ve lost .
It was my own series of losses, the loss of my son, my husband, and my divorce that guided me to work the Grief Recovery Method in my path to healing.
